Cottage. C18. Rendered and whitewashed timber frame with thatch roof and brick central ridge stack. Single storey and attic. 2-unit plan, probably originally lobby entry. Door to left with 2-light casement to its right and further 2-light window to far right. Small window on left end with similar above in attic. Small extension on right end. Casements and door to rear. INTERIOR. Framing of light scantling visible. Sloping brick stack. Rafters of roof visible up to collar level in the single-space attic which has no dormers. An unusual survival of a small single-storey cottage of the period.
