Description

This is a 15th-century doorway located in a garden wall to the south-east of Number 9 on Ford Street in Thetford. The doorway is made of ashlar stone and features a pointed arch topped with a finial. It is adorned with continuous casement and filleted roll mouldings, which rest on tall polygonal bases. The doorway is set within a later wall.
