Description

Thetford Glass Warehouse is a mid-19th century building originally constructed as a warehouse for Bidwell’s brewery, later used as a bus depot and now a commercial warehouse. The building is constructed of flint with gault brick dressings, and has a roof covered in black-glazed pantiles. It is two storeys high and features a facade of five arcaded bays extending the full height of the building to a parapet. The central bay is wider and contains double timber doors. The windows are lunette windows. A tripartite sash window at each floor in the south-west bay denotes the location of offices. A dentil eaves cornice runs along the top.
