House. Early C19 extended to rear late C19. Gault brick with painted brick facade and yellow brick rear extensions. Black-glazed pantiles to front range and concrete corrugated tiles to rear. 2 storey facade in 3 bays, the bays defined by 4 pilasters rising to flat cushion capitals. Central square porch flanked right and left by one recessed sash with 6/6 glazing bars. 3 similar sashes to first floor. Gabled roof with internal gable-end stacks. Subsidiary entrance bay to right with a 6/6 sash and a 3/3 first-floor sash. Rear with 2 full-height canted bays, that to north projecting. Hipped roofs. Front wall: flint, re-used ashlar and brick wall runs south-east down Ford Street. Gault brick band and coping. Entrance to stable yard with 2 gault brick piers with recessed panels. Stables incorporated into wall. 2 storeys. North-west facade with 2 recessed round arches, one with window, the other with plank door and overlight. Roundel in gable head. Gabled pantile roof. Roof structure noted as having A-frame trusses and purlins. INTERIOR not inspected.
