Description
Gothic House is a late 19th-century building that has been converted into flats. It is constructed from flint with gault brick dressings and features a slate roof. The house has two storeys and an attic, arranged in three bays, with the outer bays projecting. The central entrance consists of a plank and muntin door, which is sheltered by a rendered hood supported by labels. On either side of the door, there is a three-light window with round-headed lights, each also having hoods with label stops. The first floor has two similar two-light windows above, and there is a decorative diaper panel located over the door. The kneelers are designed as panelled projections, and the building has gabled roofs. The paired chimney flues are adorned with spiral, chevron, and diaper moulded brick patterns. There is a two-storey extension to the southeast, which includes an external stack and a second doorway. The interior has not been inspected.
