Farmhouse. Early 18th century. Red brick with some patterning in dark headers. Steeply pitched roofs of black-glazed and smut pantiles. Two storeys. Main facade of three bays, the centre bay slightly advanced and containing six panelled entrance door with two upper panels glazed. Lead covered canopy over doorway; first floor sash with glazing bars and architrave. The flanking bays have sashes with side-lights; one ground floor window replaced by 20th century casement. Rubbed brick arches over openings. Brick plat band at first floor level. Eaves parapet with wooden moulded cornice; stone band at parapet base. Parapeted gables with internal chimney stacks. To the north, a lower 2-storey range; 2-light casements with glazing bars; plat band at first floor level, parapeted north gable with internal chimney stack. Catslide extensions to rear of main block, probably contemporary, with two cross-casements with leaded glazing. Later 2 and 3-light casements with transoms. Later brick chimney.
