Description
27 and 29 Bury Road are a pair of mid-19th century houses located in Thetford. They are constructed from flint and brick, featuring gault brick quoins and dressings, and have a slate roof. Each house is two storeys tall with two symmetrical first-floor bays. Both houses have a central four-panelled door beneath a four-vaned fanlight, with a 6/6 sash window on either side. The first floor also has two similar sashes, arranged symmetrically across the entire facade, not just for each individual house. The eaves cornice has a saw-toothed design, and the hipped roof is topped with a central ridge stack and side stacks on the north and south sides. The interior has not been inspected.
