Description

10 and 12 Albion Street are a pair of mid-19th century houses located in Saxmundham. They are constructed from gault brick and feature rusticated brick quoins, topped with a slate roof that has brick end stacks.

The exterior showcases a two-storey front with three windows. In the center, there is a double doorcase flanked by pilasters, topped with a plain entablature and a hood. The doors are late 20th-century glazed doors set within panelled reveals. On either side of the doorcase, there is a 6/6 unhorned sash window beneath moulded stucco lintels, with three similar sashes located on the first floor. The eaves soffit is adorned with paired modillions.

The interior has not been inspected.
