Description

12, 14, and 16 Mill Lane is a terrace of three houses built in the mid-19th century and altered in the late 20th century. The houses are constructed of flint with gault brick dressings and feature a pantiled roof. They are two storeys high.

No. 12 has a late 20th-century glazed door, while Nos. 14 and 16 have flush-panelled doors. Nos. 14 and 16 also have a canted bay to the right of their doors, and No. 12 has a 6/6 horned sash window to the right of its door. The first floor of Nos. 14 and 16 features two horned 6/6 sash windows, and there is a top-hung late 20th-century casement window. The eaves are adorned with a dentil cornice. The gabled roof has an internal gable-end stack on the north-west side and a ridge stack located to the left of centre. The north-west return includes a two-light 19th-century arched window with an external shutter. There are large dormered rear extensions added in the 20th century.

The interior has not been inspected.
