Description

No. 9 Fore Street is a house dating from the late 17th century, featuring a painted brick front that likely covers a timber-framed construction. The building has a plain tile roof and a large wooden eaves cornice with simple modillions. It is two storeys high and has two windows. On the right side of the ground floor, there is a mid-19th century door next to a canted shop window that has cast iron cresting. The first floor has early 19th century flush sash windows that interrupt the floor band.
