Description
No. 10, Claremont Hill is a house dating from the 17th century, with a later 18th-century facade. It is constructed of brick over what may have originally been a timber frame, and has a plain tiled gambrel roof with a dormer window and an end wall stack. The house has a 2-unit plan and is two storeys high, with a 2-window front. The central entrance features a 6-panelled door with a hood supported by console brackets. Flanking the door are 12-pane sash windows with cambered heads.
