Description
No. 13 Claremont Hill is a house dating from around 1800. It is constructed of brick and has a Welsh slate roof. The building is three stories high and features three bays, with the main facade facing west in a gable elevation. The central doorway has an overlight and is framed by an architrave with curved console brackets supporting an entablature. On either side of the doorway are 12-pane sash windows that have flat-arched gauged brick heads. The doorway on the street elevation has been recently fitted with a pedimented case, and the sash windows have renewed gauged brick heads. The house has gable and axial stacks.
