Description

Boulters Cottage and Number 31 is a pair of cottages dating from the early 18th century, with a front and extension from the early 19th century. The exterior features chequered red brick and a plain tile roof that is hipped on the right side. The buildings are two storeys tall and have an end chimney stack on the left side, along with a former end stack located at the right centre. The ground floor has two 19th-century casement windows with segmental heads. There is a door towards the left, which is adorned with long shaped brackets and a cornice hood. The one-window extension to the right has a similar casement window and door.
