Description

Garden Cottage is a house that likely dates from the 17th century and is timber framed with a roughcast exterior. It features a low pitched plain tile roof and stands two storeys tall. The building has three windows, which include a slightly projecting gabled cross wing on the left-hand side. The first floor is fitted with 6/6-pane Yorkshire sliding casements, while the ground floor has recessed 19th-century sashes. A large square ridge chimney stack is located near the cross wing, and there is a porch that dates from the 19th or 20th century.
