Description

Cunliffe Cottages is a house dating from the 17th century, featuring a timber frame with red brick nogging added in the 18th century. The building has two storeys and an old tile roof that slopes down to the ground floor over a lean-to addition on the northwest side. The gable end displays segmental-headed three-light casements on both the ground and first floors, along with two floor bands. The southeast side has exposed framing and a weatherboarded addition at the southwest end. A central chimney stack is topped with joined square shafts.
