Description

This is a 17th-century barn located about 10 meters south of Potten's Farm House in Chandler's Cross. It features a timber frame built on a brick base and is covered with weatherboarding. The roof is tiled and the barn consists of three bays. There is a central entrance with double doors leading to the yard. Inside, the structure includes curved braces connecting jowled posts to tie beams, and angled struts that clasp the purlins.
