Description

This is an 18th-century barn located about 30 meters west-northwest of Rose Hall Farm House in Sarratt. The barn features a timber frame resting on a brick base and is weatherboarded with a tiled roof. It consists of five bays and has a central gabled midstrey, with lean-tos on either side that have catslide roofs facing the house. At the rear, there is a catslide roof over a two-bay lean-to. Inside, the barn includes arched braces and angled struts that clasp the purlins.
