Description

These are two 16th-century buildings located on Fishpool Street. The buildings are two storeys high and have two windows each. They are characterised by a very steep tiled roof with a central chimney stack. The first floor is overhanging and plastered, featuring two sash windows with glazing bars, set within slightly projecting, moulded frames. The ground floor is constructed of 18th-century brickwork and includes two canted bay windows supported on brackets, and two simple doors, one with six fielded panels. The rear of the building displays hipped gables and a weatherboarded ground floor. Buildings 24 to 46 (even numbers) and 50 to 54 (even numbers) form a group.
