Description

This small barn, located 4 metres south-west of Butlers Farmhouse, was built as an animal shed in the late 17th century or early 18th century. It features a timber frame with weatherboarding and a painted brick base, topped by a plain tile roof. On the south side, there is a slatted ventilator on the left and a similar ventilator above the stable door towards the right. The interior consists of three bays with a clasped purlin roof and long diagonal braces. A floor was added in the 19th century.
