Description

This is a house of approximately 1700, which was re-fronted in the 19th century. It is two storeys and has an attic, with five windows. The roof is steeply pitched and tiled, featuring dormers. The front of the building is stuccoed and has a cornice and blocking course. The recessed sash windows on the first floor have renewed architraves, with the central window blocked. On the ground floor are two shop fronts; number 28 has a modern front, while number 30 has a later 19th-century shop front. Numbers 28 to 46 (even) and number 50 form a group.
