1. A later but exact reproduction of No 40. 3 storeys, 5 windows. Blue brick with red brick dressings. Stone cornice and brick parapet. Brick band at 1st floor. Gauged, segmental, brick arches to sash windows with glazing bars in broad, near flush frames, ground floor sashes have been replaced and panes are leaded. Arched carriageway. Three steps to door with moulded architrave and patterned fanlight. Inside a staircase with spiral turned balusters and cut string. Hall and some rooms with original panelling.

Nos 28 to 46 (even) aald No 50 form a group.
