Description

The orangery, located 85 meters to the northwest of The Bury, is now roofless and features two busts and two statues. It dates from the early 18th century and was built around the same time as the main house. The orangery is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and includes white marble statuary. It has five bays facing south, with three doors and two windows alternating. The rear wall has been reduced in height and features an iron gate set between brick piers, with two female busts positioned in the window openings. In the northwest corner, there are half life-size standing figures dressed in fancy attire, and in the northeast corner, there is a maid figure. The end walls of the structure reach about 4 meters in height.
