Description
This barn, dating from the 17th to 18th century, is located southeast of Netherwylde Farm House. It features a timber frame set on a brick base and is weatherboarded with a tiled roof. The structure consists of five bays and has a double-gabled midstrey at the center facing the yard. Inside, there are queen struts to collars that clasp the purlins, straight braces connecting jowled posts to cambered tie beams, and curved wind braces. Adjoining the barn at right angles towards the yard is a cart shed made of flint and brick.
