Description
The stables, located immediately northwest of Netherwylde Farm House, date back to 1734, as indicated by the tablet above the entrance. Constructed of red brick, they feature a steeply pitched hipped roof covered with cement tiles. The building is two storeys high and consists of three bays. The front side, which faces away from the house, has a central doorway with small casement windows on either side, all topped with segmental gauged brick arched heads. On the first floor, there is a date tablet set in a blind panel at the center, flanked by doors for the hay loft. The structure is accented with corner pilasters and dentilled eaves, and there is a loft door on the right return.
