Description

This barn, likely dating to the 17th or 18th century, stands approximately 60 metres southeast of Kemprow Farm House. It is a timber-framed structure with a brick base and weatherboard cladding, topped by a corrugated iron roof. The barn comprises five bays, with the central threshing bay set apart from the farmhouse. Inside, the roof features clasped purlins and angled queen struts springing from straight tie beams. The framing includes curved and straight braces fixed to straight posts. Some of the walling has been partially renewed. A lean-to addition is attached to the rear of the barn.
