House. Early C18, extended c.1800, altered later C19. Red brick with burnt headers. Tiled roof. 2 storeys. 3 window front. Entrance to left: 6-panelled door, rectangular fanlight, hood on richly carved brackets. Casements with cambered heads. Ground floor: central window blocked, 3 lights to right. First floor: 2 lights to left, centre blind, 3 lights to right. Projecting brick course at eaves. Gambrel roof, half-hipped to left. Rendered gable end parapet to right with end stack. Later addition to right: lower 2 storeys, 2 bays. Ground floor: segmental head to left, blocked opening to right. Roof hipped to right. Catslide over rendered lean-to extension to right. 1 hipped dormer to rear. Stack where original block meets addition. Built as an extension to earlier Blackbirds Farm House (q.v.).
