Description
No. 7 Buntingford Road is a house dating from the late 18th century, featuring a 19th-century rear wing with sash windows. The structure is timber-framed and plastered, resting on a low stucco plinth, and has a low slate roof. It is characterized by red brick external gable chimneys with offsets. The house is two storeys tall and has three windows across its symmetrical east front, which includes a bracketed eaves overhang. The windows are flush box sash types with moulded surrounds, and the ground floor features larger similar windows with small hoods above them. The entrance consists of a six-panel moulded door with glazed top panels, set within a pilastered doorcase that has a complete entablature and paired brackets supporting a deep cornice.
