Description
A barn dating to the 17th century is located at the south end of a range of buildings, closest to the road. The barn is tall, with a timber frame and weatherboard cladding on its south-facing elevation. It has a steep-pitched roof, half-hipped at each end. A projecting central porch with a half-hipped roof and overhanging gable is present. The roof structure comprises clasped purlins with collars and inclined queen struts. Long curved braces extend from the posts to the tie beams. The roof is now covered in slates. A modern building to the north is not considered to be of special interest.
