Description
Willow Pond House is a house dating from the 18th century or earlier. It has a timber frame that is plastered with a stucco plinth. The house features steep old red tile roofs, with a rear catslide to the outshut and a shallower wing on the right side. It is two storeys high and has three windows, facing west. There is a projecting gable chimney at the northern end and a smaller central chimney at the junction of the narrower southern wing. The symmetrical west front has three windows and a central door that is accessed by four steps. The windows are flush box sash with moulded surrounds, although the ground floor features 19th-century replacement divided sashes and louvred shutters. The entrance has a six-panel moulded door flanked by fluted pilasters, topped with a pedimented doorcase.
