Description

TEWIN POPLARS GREEN (B1000) TL 21 SE (South side) 5/156 - No. 2 - II

House. Mid to late C17, extended C19. Timber frame on red brick base, rendered. Steeply pitched tiled roof. 2 bays with a 1 bay C19 brick addition to rear right. 1 storey and attic. 2 light flush frame casements with small bracketed hoods. A single 2 light gabled dormer to left of centre. Left gable end external stack with offsets, C17 brick at base, rebuilt cap. Right gable end has blocked entrance, C20 casements, exposed plates and purlins. Entrance to rear of left bay. C19 bay has a gabled dormer, internal end stack. Interior: exposed framing, stop chamfered binding beams.
