Description

This is an early 19th-century granary located at Cross Farm, next to Flaunden Lane. It is a square, single-storey structure raised on three rows of three cast iron staddles. The timber frame is clad in dark weatherboarding, topped with a steep red tiled roof. A central door provides access. Inside, the upper section is heavily framed, with grain bins. It was recorded as number 15 in Roberts’ 1975 survey.
