Description

This granary, dating from the 19th century, is located about 20 meters north of Green Farm House on Wyverstone Mill Road. It has a timber frame and is weatherboarded, topped with a slate roof and built in a square shape. The structure is supported by three cast-iron staddles arranged in a 3 x 3 pattern. There are steps leading up to a boarded door fitted with strap hinges, and the gable ends feature loft openings. To the right of the granary, there is a low shed made of clay lump and weatherboard, with a pantiled roof. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value with the nearby structures.
