WYVERSTONE MILL ROAD (SOUTH SIDE) TM 06 NW 4/130 Norman Farm House - - II

House. C17, altered C19 and C20. Timber frame, part brick cased; plastered and colourwashed. Thatched roof. A small 3 cell lobby entry plan. 2 storeys. Entrance to right of centre in a tiled gabled porch, C20 3-light casements. Ridge stack to right of centre between hall and parlour, cap rebuilt in C19. Parlour or right gable end C19 brick casing part removed to expose framing, studding with mid-rail; jowled posts with straight arched stud braces. Left gable end brick cased. To rear a low C20 tiled addition. Interior not inspected.
