Description

This granary, built in the early 19th century, is located approximately 10 metres northeast of Bakers Farmhouse. It features a timber frame covered in black weatherboarding and has a gabled roof made of clay pantiles with simple bargeboards. The structure is one storey high and is supported by ten iron staddles.

On the south elevation, there is a central boarded door with three wooden steps leading up to it, flanked by two small ventilators that have outward-opening doors. A similar ventilator is located centrally on the north wall. Inside, the granary has some reused timber in the exposed frame, with studs and straight braces. The roof is a three-bay design, featuring tie-beams and collars that clasp the side purlins, with the common rafters remaining intact.
