Description
Erica K is a tall corner building from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of yellow stock brick with gault brick dressings and features a modern tiled roof. The building stands three storeys high and has a one-window front elevation with segmental-headed sash windows, along with a modern shop on the ground floor.
