Description

1 Oak Street is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall with a basement, constructed from yellow brick and featuring stone coping. The Oak Street elevation includes two sash windows and one blank space. The building has a later shop front and a simple doorcase with a segmental fanlight. There is a roundel corner with one blank section facing High Street. This property, along with No 114 High Street, forms a group.
