Description
These are a pair of houses, dating from the late 16th century. They incorporate a former shop. The construction is timber-framed with a pebble-dash render. The cottages are two storeys high with a gabled slate roof. The front elevation has three double-hung sash windows with small panes over three similar windows. A 20th-century slate-roofed lean-to shop extension has small panes. Two chimney stacks project through the front roof slope and one through the rear. The building was originally a long wall jetty house with a crosswing at the north end.
