House with crosswing to right. C16 or earlier. Timber framed and plastered with C20 pargetting and some weatherboard. Red plain tile roof. 1:1 window range of mainly C19 3 light casements with C17/C18 square leaded casement to crosswing first floor. 2 adjoining C20 plain board doors with small lights with open hipped red tiled porch. Stop chamfered beams and jowled storey posts show internally. 1 red brick chimney stack to left and two to right. RCHM 15.
