Shop. Mid C19. Rendered brick, concrete tile roof, stacks to right end ridge, rear roof pitch. 4 bays, 2 storeys. 12 paned sashes. Panelled eaves soffit. Elliptical carriage arch to left with timber double gates. Double shop front, cast-iron and timber, fascia cornice with palmette moulding, recessed central door with egg-and-dart moulding to architrave, colonnettes with moulded capitals, moulded spandrels, side pilasters with upper part panelled; fascia terminates in decorative feature with detached colonnettes. INTERIOR with timber partitions to hallway, stair with stick balusters, ramped and wreathed mahogany handrail, running dog moulding to tread ends.
