Description

This is a boundary wall located approximately 55 meters north and west of Eden End, dating from the 17th century and earlier. It is constructed of red brick, with some sections of buff and purple bricks arranged in English garden wall bond. The wall has an 'L' shaped configuration, with an additional short length that forms part of the third side of a former court or garden. Most of the wall features a sloping coping and a cornice course, although some sections have been raised in later work. A large later buttress is present, sloping against the west face approximately midway along the wall's length.
