GV II

Pair of cottages. Mid to late C17. Timber framed, plastered and weatherboarded with gabled pegtile roof. c19 lean-to on rear. Of 2 storeys with attics. Front has C20 pargetting and 3 light timber casements with leaded lights either side of a similar 2 light window. On ground floor are 2 similar 3 light windows and central boarded door with moulded flat hood. Flank elevations are black weatherboarded. Typical 'baffle entry' plan form with newel stairs behind stack and stop chamfered bridging joists.
