Description

This is an 18th-century cottage located 10 meters northeast of the Kings Head Public House in Great Dunmow. The cottage is timber framed and plastered, featuring a thatched gabled roof. There is a lower extension made of part brick on the eastern end. The building has one storey and attics, with a large eyebrow dormer on the south roof slope. It includes a small ridge line stack and a tall stack at the rear of the extension. The windows are cast iron leaded light casements.
