Description

The barn located 40 metres north of Orford House dates from the 17th or 18th century. It is timber framed, weatherboarded, and features a clay tile roof with a gabled design. The structure consists of a 7-bay range that includes a gabled midstrey and a lean-to roofed midstrey on the north side. The western three bays have aisles on the north, and there is a noticeable drop in the ridge line to the eastern bay, which has a wide casement window in its gabled elevation.
