Description

Dunmow Park is a house dating from the late 17th or early 18th century. It is timber-framed and rendered with a red tile hip roof. The house has a square plan and retains three windows on each upper floor, with C19 vertical sliding sashes set within 18th-century frames. There are hipped dormers, and a ground floor bay window to the right of the front facade. A simple doorcase with a pediment provides access. Original red brick chimney stacks remain. The house possesses group value from its contribution to the surrounding streetscape.
