Description

This gateway, located approximately 30 metres south of Frating Hall, dates from the 16th century, with a south wall that was added in the 19th or 20th century. It is constructed of red brick and currently has no roof. The north wall features a chamfered four-centred archway with a square label above it. A moulded cornice and capping extend along the east and west walls. The restored south wall includes a pediment, a central round-headed arch, and segmental side arches.
