Shop with accommodation above. Circa 1840. Painted brick. Slate hipped roof with gabled ends, lead rolls to hips on curved corner and deep eaves with shaped soffit brackets. Gault brick side stacks.

Double depth plan with shop and front and on corner site.

2 storeys. Asymmetrical 3-bay front divided by brick pilasters, the right hand bay blind, the left hand bay wider and on curved corner. Ground floor.C20 boarded shop front with corner doorway and flat fascia board and doorway on right. First floor right hand blind window, centre and left C19 12-pane sashes, the left bowed around corner. Left hand (west) return 2 bays, right, hand blind, left with 2 narrow C20 windows on first floor. C20 brick extension at rear.
