Description

FRINTON AND WALTON THORPE ROAD, TM 2020/2120 KIRBY CROSS (north side) 12/57 Linnets Hotel - II Cottage, now part of a motel. C17 with later alterations and rear additions. Timber framed and rough rendered. Red plain tiled roof. Central red brick chimney stack. One storey and attics. 2 square headed dormers with small paned casement. 3 various windows. That to left a small paned bow oriel, with flat canopy on pierced brackets. Vertically boarded door to right. Single storey rear left extension with red pantiled roof, small paned casement window and C20 plank and muntin door. 2 bay with central chimney stack. Some timber frame visible internally including side girts, top plates and wall studs.
