Description

Appletree Cottage is a cottage dating from the 17th to 18th century. It is timber framed and plastered, with a thatched roof that has an outshot to the rear. The building has a central plastered chimney stack and is one storey high with attics. There are two arched dormers and two two-light casement windows on the ground floor. To the left, there is a vertically boarded door. Inside, the cottage features original stairs that wrap around the chimney stack, as well as original vertically boarded doors, most of which include ironmongery, and original cupboard doors.
