Description

Skippers is a cottage that dates back to the 17th century or earlier, with later alterations and additions. It features a timber frame and panel pargetting, topped with a thatched roof that has two eyebrow dormers. A central red brick chimney stack is present, with two attached diagonal shafts. The cottage is one storey high with attics and has a three-window range on the ground floor, consisting of three-light casements. The dormers have two-light casements. There is a gabled porch supported by timber, and the entrance has a 20th-century plank and muntin door.
