Description

St Giles Cottage is a cottage dating from the 17th century or earlier, with later alterations and additions. It is timber framed and plastered, with red tiled roofs and three red brick chimney stacks. The south block is one storey high with an attic, featuring two gabled dormers and a three-window range on the ground floor, with mostly three-light casement windows. A vertically boarded door is approached by four steps. The north block includes a north-west wing of two storeys, with a two-window range of small-paned casement windows. A 20th-century boarded door is located on the left return.
